百色市某县一起鼠伤寒沙门氏菌食物中毒事件的调查处理分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的对百色市某县一起鼠伤寒沙门氏菌食物中毒事件进行调查分析,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对疑似鼠伤寒沙门氏菌食物中毒患者进行流行病学调查分析;对中毒患者生物标本和可疑食物进行检测。结果共报告39例中毒患者,均为男性,有共同就餐史,临床症状相似(主要为腹痛、腹泻、恶心、发热等);中毒患者9人份血清凝集试验抗体效价恢复期较发病初期呈4倍以上升高;剩余混合肉菜以及未经用药患者肛拭子实验室检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌;对可疑食物进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,显示羊内脏、猪内脏为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌中毒独立可能危险因素,且食用量越大,发生中毒概率越高。结论百色市某县食物中毒事件由食用被鼠伤寒沙门氏菌污染的食物引起,统计分析提示猪、羊内脏是可疑中毒食物。鼠伤寒沙门氏菌易导致群体性食物中毒,应引起高度重视。 Objective To investigation and analyzes on the mouse typhoid salmonella food poisoning events in certain county of Baise City,to provide evidence for prevention and control strategy.Methods Suspected salmonella typhimurium food poisoning patients were carried out epidemiological investigations;Biological specimens of poisoning patients and suspicious foods are tested and use Logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 39 cases of poisoning patients were reported,they are all men,they have a common history of repast,and have similar clinical symptoms(mainly for abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,fever,etc).9 poisoning patients serum agglutination test antibody titer of recovery more than 4 times higher than the earlier.In the rest of the mixed meat dishes and absence of drugs in patients with anal swab were detected with salmonella typhimurium;Suspicious food use Logistic regression analysis,mouse typhoid salmonella poisoning is possible factors about sheep offal and pig organs,more consumption and the higher probability of poisoning.Conclusion The food poisoning by eating food contaminated with salmonella typhimurium.Salmonella typhimurium easy pollution in the process of processing and storage of food,and high temperature will accelerate the breeding,susceptible to cause mass food poisoning events after people eat that food,we should attach great importance to it.
