摘要
汽车上应用大量的轴类零件,如变速器、转向轴、传动轴及悬挂的半桥等。企业成本下降与汽车轻量化的要求,必须对零部件进行优化设计。如何对轴类零件进行优化,不同的设计人员会有不同的思路,本文以某品牌16吨悬挂产品为例,利用材料力学的知识对其平衡轴尺寸进行优化,供相关设计人员进行参考。
The car application of shaft parts,such as transmission,steering shaft,the shaft,and the suspension of half bridge,etc.Facing enterprise cost reduction to the demands of the automotive lightweighting,must optimize the component design.How to optimize the axial parts,different designers have different ideas.In this paper,some brand 16 tons hanging products,for example,using the knowledge of the mechanics of materials to optimize the balance shaft dimension,to serve as a reference for design personnel.
