近年来,黑龙江省对俄农业合面临着诸多机遇,同时在合作中也存在诸多问题限制着农业合作的发展。本文拟就黑龙江省对俄农业合作新机遇进行研究分析其发展方向,并就黑龙江省对俄农业合作存在问题提出对策建议。
