42CrMoA钢汽车曲轴表面裂纹的形成原因

摘要 某公司生产的42Cr Mo A钢汽车曲轴在成品检测时发现其有较明显的表面裂纹。对其取样并进行化学分析、力学检测和金相高倍观察,分析了曲轴表面裂纹的性质、原因及其形成阶段。结果表明:曲轴表面裂纹为淬火应力裂纹,其形成于曲轴毛坯的调质处理阶段;曲轴存在较严重的组织偏析是裂纹形成的主要原因,导致了裂纹的产生和扩展。 The evident surface cracks were found on 42 CrMoA steel automobile crankshaft produced in a company when the finished product was detected.The chemical analysis,mechanical detecting and metallographic observation were carried out with the sample.The properties,the causes and its forming stage of the surface cracks were analyzed.The results showed that the surface cracks on the automobile crankshaft were quenching stress cracks and they formed at the stage of quenching and tempering treatment for crankshaft semi-finished material.The serious structure segregation in the crankshaft was the main cause of crack formation,which led to generation and expansion of cracks.
