中学教师评价体系创新三问 被引量:1

摘要 教师评价体系作为一种督促教师认真授课、不断完善和提高教师自身素养及水平的激励机制,在教育工作中具有极为重要的地位和作用。而如何改进这一机制和措施并使之行之有效,又能体现出评价体系的公允性,是教育教学研究中一个尚有很大空间的学术问题。实践证明,评价主体多元化、评价信息公开化、评价体系多层次和多样化是建立科学、有效及相对公平的教师评价体系应着重考虑的三个方面。
