为买房而离婚——基于住房限购政策的研究 被引量:22

摘要 本文基于中国2010年住房市场"限购"的自然实验,考察了限购政策对城市层面的离婚率的影响。我们的研究发现:"限购"会使得所在地城市的离婚增加243对,相当于平均水平的4.5%,其中主要是由"1+1"模式的限购政策导致的,"N+1"模式的影响不够显著;因为"限购"的住房都在主城区,"限购"对离婚的效应主要集中在市辖区,郊区及地级市所辖县均没有影响;离婚的出现主要是为了获得购买多套房的投资机会,而不是缓解"限贷"所造成的流动性约束,即居民没有因为首付比和利率负担而选择离婚。本文的研究结论,意味着要重视住房政策产生的社会效应。
