摘要
为研究风积土地质情况下建筑物的沉降特性,采用地基土体、建筑物基础与上部结构共同作用的分析方法,对一幢建于风积土地基上独立基础混凝土框架结构建筑物,建立风积土地基、混凝土基础和上部结构的有限元模型,数值模拟研究结构的沉降变形规律,并将阜新地区的实际观测值与数值模拟数据对比分析.结果表明:有限元整体建模方法能够很好地预测并反映风积土地基上建筑物的不均匀沉降情况.
In order to study the building settlement characteristics with the geology condition of wind-blown land mass, this paper utlized the foundation soil, building foundation and upper structure analysis method, established the finite element model for wind-blown soil foundation of a building on the basis of independent concrete frame structure buildings, wind-blown soil foundation, and concrete foundation. The numerical simulation study of the structure of the settlement deformation law was carried out. Comparative analysis of the actual observations and numerical simulation data of Fuxin region was performed. The results indicate that the finite element modeling of the overall method can predict and reflect the uneven subsidence aeolian land-based buildings.
