摘要
温州地区中等规模整木定制企业在市场需求的强劲刺激下,引来快速发展的同时,亦出现了缺乏自主产品体系,订单错误率居高不下等重要问题,成为困扰企业持续发展的瓶颈。为此,提出从设计入手,为产品注入文化内涵,建立品牌核心竞争力等四项策略,最后,在此基础上引入设计、生产、销售一体化系统与ERP管理系统,实施信息化战略,以期为企业发展提供参考借鉴。
Under the strong stimulation by market demand, the medium-sized Solid-wood integrated Custom enterprises in Wenzhou have developed rapidly in the past ten years. At the same time, the lack of independent product system, high error rate of orders and other important issues have become the bottleneck for enterprises to develop sustained. In this paper, four strategies are proposed, such as designing the products with culture to build the core competitiveness of the brand. Finally, on the basis of introducing design, production, sales integration system and ERP system,implement informationization strategy. So that to provide the reference for the development of enterprises.
