组织生态学理论中密度依赖效应的研究评述

Research Review On Density Dependent Effect In Organizational Ecology Theory

组织生态学是产业组织理论的重要分支,而密度依赖理论是组织生态学的重要构成部分。通过对国内外相关文献进行梳理,本文发现国外研究呈现跟随、批判、拓展、创新的发展脉络,而国内研究目前仍处于跟随阶段。通过文献跟踪,发现当前文献中存在社会网络、外部冲击与特殊情境这三个新的研究聚焦点。最后,建议国内学者在研究中应善于利用国内丰富的情境,如地理区域差异、所有制差异与政府行为等,来检验密度依赖效应在中国情境下的适用性,并基于此对理论进行拓展与创新。

Organizational ecology is an important branch of industrial organizational theory, while the density dependent theory play an important role in organizational ecology. By analyzing the related literature at home and abroad, this paper found that the overseas studies＇ development vein presents as ‘following, criticizing,expandding, innovating＇, while the domestic literature is still in the following stage.Through the literature tracking, we found that there exists three new research focus in the current literature, which are the social network, external shocks, and the special circumstances. Finally, we suggest the domestic scholars should make a good use of the abundant domestic situation, such as the geographic regional differences, the ownership differences,and the act of government, in order to test the applicability of density dependent theory in the Chinese context,and expand or even innovate the theory based on this.
