摘要
利用2000-2014年我国30个省区数据,采用动态面板数据模型对技术创新能力、产业结构升级对经济增长的影响效应进行实证研究。研究发现,技术创新投入中的经费投入强度对经济增长具有积极的促进效应,但这种效应正逐渐减小。人员投入强度对经济增长呈倒"U"形影响,经济增长速度随着人员投入强度的加大而加快。产业结构升级对经济增长存在滞后效应,经费投入强度和人员投入强度都能够对产业结构升级产生正向效应,但长期来看,通过提升人员投入强度促进产业结构升级,进而推动经济较快发展的效果更明显。
Using the data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2014, using a dynamic panel data model to empirical analysis the impact of the ability of technological innovation and the upgrading of the industrial structure on the economic growth. The result shows that it has a positive effect on the economy increasing of the input intensity of funds invest in technological innovation, but this effect is gradually reduced. Staff input intensity effect on economic growth show in an inverted U shape, the rate of economic growth decreasing with the staff input intensity increasing. The upgrading of the industrial structure make a lagged effect on the economic growth, the input intensity of funding and personnel are able to produce positive effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure, but in the long term, through the promotion of staff input intensity improve the upgrading of industrial structure, and promote the effect of rapid economy development is more significant.
