摘要
本研究主要考察员工个人环境匹配程度通过家庭-工作促进感知对工作绩效的预测性,职业价值观在其中的调节效应。研究以珠三角地区企业505名员工及其主管的配对样本进行统计分析,实证结果表明个人-环境匹配是预测工作绩效的有效因子,家庭-工作促进感知在个人-环境匹配与工作绩效之间之间发挥中介作用;职业价值观则调节了家庭-工作促进感知与工作绩效的影响。
This study mainly investigated the predictable effect of the person-environment fit in job performance, and also explored the mediating effects of the family-work facilitation, the moderating effects of the work values. In the research, we collected 505 pairing investigation data of employees and supervisors on the Pearl River Delta region for statistical analysis. The results indicated that person- environment fit has a significant positive impact on job performance and family-work facilitation plays a mediating role between person- environment fit and job performance. In addition, work values makes a moderated effect between family-work facilitation and job performance.
