钛铁渣降解甲基橙废水的初步研究

摘要 为了探索钛铁渣资源化的新途径,采用单因素实验方法研究钛铁渣的投加量、粒度、紫外光照时间和煅烧温度对甲基橙废水的降解效果。结果表明,钛铁渣投加量、粒度、紫外光照时间和煅烧温度对甲基橙废水的降解效果有显著影响。钛铁渣投加量约为1.6 g/100 m L,颗粒粒度为80~100目,紫外光照时间为8 h,甲基橙的降解率约为70%,煅烧温度高于900℃,对甲基橙废水有一定的降解效果。为钛铁渣的资源化提供了一些实验基础。 In order to explore new ways of titanium slag utilization, degradation of methyl orange wastewater was investigated by changing experimental parameters,such as titanium slag dosage, particle granularity, UV irradiation time, calcination temperature. The results show that titanium slag dosage, particle granularity, UV irradiation time, calcination temperature have significant effect on the degradation of methyl orange wastewater.When titanium slag is 1.2 g/100 m L, particle granularity is 80~100 mesh, UV irradiation time is 8h, calcination temperature is above 900℃, the methyl orange wastewater can been degraded in certain degree. This study provides some experimental basis for resource utilization of titanium slag.
