煤制乙二醇亚硝酸钠离心机优化改型

摘要 新乡永金煤制乙二醇装置亚酯气制备系统中离心机操作繁琐、间歇进出料、设备运行效率低且晃动较大,职工劳动强度较大,严重影响了系统的安全稳定运行。经过技术论证,对离心机进行优化改型,不仅提高了离心机效率、降低离心机的振动、大大降低职工的劳动强度,而且降低生产成本、提高产品硝酸钠品质。 Centrifuge for methyl nitrite gas preparation system in coal to ethylene glycol unit of Xinxiang Yongjin Chemical Co.,Ltd. has cumbersome operation, feeding and discharging is batch operation, equipment operating efficiency is low and shaking is serious, the worker labor intensity is much stronger. Therefore these have serious influence safe and stable operation of the system. After technological verification, the centrifuge was modified, which not only improved the efficiency of the centrifuge, reduced the vibration of the centrifuge and the worker's labor intensity, but also reduced the production cost and improved the quality of sodium nitrate.
