改造车间的工艺布置设计要点分析

Analysis on the Key Points of Process Layout Design For the Workshop Reconstruction

精细化工产品有着批量小、品种更新快的特点,为了根据市场调整自己的产品,部分车间生产完某个产品后处于闲置状态,需待确定更换品种后再对车间进行局部调整,本文以某生产车间为例,对改造车间的工艺布置进行探讨分析,针对车间相对较小,设备数量多的特点,如何有效利用车间空间高度,并对布置过程中出现的难点,提出了解决的方案,具有重要的现实意义,希望可以为同类的改造设计提供借鉴。

Fine chemical products have some characteristics, such as small batch, fast variety updating and so on. In order to adjust the product type according to the market demand, the workshop layout often needs to be reformed. In this paper, taking a production workshop as an example, the reformation process of workshop layout was analyzed. The workshop floor was relatively small, amount of equipments was large, how to effectively use the height space of workshop was discussed, and the difficulties in the layout were analyzed, and some solutions were puts forward.
