摘要
大型水平剖分式机壳是压缩机的承压部件,对强度、刚度和密闭性的要求非常高。为保证其在地震状态下的结构完整性,进行有效的抗震设防,准确计算结构的地震反应十分重要。本文采用反应谱法,对压缩机机壳进行抗震分析。并通过使用ANSYS软件的载荷工况组合功能,将压缩机机壳静力分析和抗震分析的计算结果进行叠加,最终得到了组合工况下的应力分布。
Horizontal split fan casing is one part of compressor which works under pressure, and its requirements of strength, rigidity and tightness are very high. A seismic response analysis was carried out using response spectrum method to ensure the integrity of the casing under earthquake. In this paper, the results of static analysis and seismic response analysis were combined using the function of combining load cases in ANSYS software. Finally, the stress distribution under the conditions of combination was obtained.
