孔板流量计引起风机进口压损与能耗增加的计算分析

摘要 分析引起风机进口压力损失与风机能耗增加的基本原理及相关算式,发现孔板流量计对风机进口压力有明显的影响;结合工程实例,计算结果表明:在设计点孔板流量计引起进口压力相对损失近10%,功耗增加约21%。因此,在风机设计时,必须考虑孔板流量计的影响,否则将不能满足性能要求,本文对配置孔板流量计的风机设计具有指导意义。 The basic principles and the relevant formula of fan inlet pressure loss and fan energy consumption was analysized, and it was found that orifice flowmeter had an impact on the fan inlet pressure.According to the project example, the results show that:orifice flowmeter causes the inlet pressure loss of 10%, and power consumption almost increases by 21% in the design points.So the impact of orifice flowmeter must be considered in the fan design, otherwise will not be able to meet the performance requirements.
