沿海地区轴流风机叶片耐蚀性涂层的应用性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为保证沿海地区轴流风机叶片的长期安全可靠性运行,本文将两种高分子涂层作为轴流压缩机叶片试验涂层,分别采用盐雾腐蚀试验箱、万能拉伸试验机和冲蚀试验机对其耐腐蚀性、粘接强度、耐冲蚀性能进行了试验测定。同时,为保证叶片频率富裕量,还制备了成品叶片涂层样件,并采用动态信号分析仪对涂层喷涂前后叶片的频率进行了测试,考察了涂层对叶片固有频率的影响,为叶片设计提供了分析依据,进一步提高了轴流叶片的安全可靠性。通过对比发现,确定高分子树脂—橡胶聚合物涂层具有优良的综合性能,可作为沿海地区轴流叶片防腐蚀涂层。 To ensure long-term security and operational reliability of the axial fan blade in the coastal areas, the corrosion-resistance, the adhesive strength and the erosion-resistance of two kinds of polymer coatings were tested by salt spray corrosion test, universal tensile test and erosion test respectively. Meanwhile, in order to investigate the influence of the coating on the natural frequency, blade samples were also prepared and measured by dynamic signal analyzer before and after spraying. The measured frequency results provide the analytical basis for the blade design. It is demonstrated that the resin-rubber polymer coating has better excellent overall performance and it could be applied as the effective anti-corrosion coating in the coastal areas.
