摘要
针对目前国内全钢子午线轮胎生产线成型工序胎面采用百页车供给的存放方式,进行创新设计,为轮胎制造过程研制出VAC胎面智能机械手。通过自动检测、智能识别的方式,将胎面半成品自动传送到供料架上,实现了"机器换人",从而降低了操作工的劳动强度,提高生产效率。
VAC tread intelligent manipulator was designed in view of book storage way that domestic all-steel radial tire tread production line building process using.By automatic detection and intelligent identification,the semi-finished tread products will be transferred to the feeding rack automatically,realized the "substitute robot for labor",which reduces the laborintensity of operators,improve production efficiency.
