摘要
用实验方法探究EPDM发泡材料硬度与静刚度之间的关系,讨论刚度对发泡材料减振性能的影响,判定其减振性。实验表明,随着炭黑、硫磺和过氧化二异丙苯、石蜡油、防老剂用量增加,发泡材料硬度与静刚度之间函数关系是合理的,且N330/N550补强的EPDM发泡胶料静刚度随硬度增长趋势较N330、N550补强EPDM的发泡胶料缓慢;另外,强度及力学性能也超过必要的要求。
In this paper, the relationship between hardness and stiffness of EPDM foam is discussed by experiment method, and the effect of stiffness on the damping property of foamed material is discussed. Experiments show that with the increasing content of carbon black, sulfur, dicumyl peroxide, paraffin oil and antioxidant, the function relation between foaming material hardness and stiffness is rational, and the static stiffness growth trend with increasing hardness of N330/N550 reinforced EPDM foamed material is slower than N330 and N550 reinforced EPDM foamed material; In addition, the strength and mechanical properties are also more than the necessary requirements.
