孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜患儿疗效观察

Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura in Children

目的：对孟鲁司特钠在过敏性紫癜患儿治疗中的临床运用效果探析。方法：选取2013年6月至2016年2月潮州市中心医院儿所收治的200例过敏性紫癜患儿,按随机数字表法分成对照组与治疗组,对照组患者予以常规治疗（抗过敏、抗感染、对症支持）,治疗组患者在此基础之上给予以孟鲁司特钠治疗（2~6岁4 mg/晚、6~14岁5 mg/晚）,持续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,且观察治疗前后患儿各项尿蛋白指标的变化。结果：治疗组治疗有效率94.0%高于对照组72.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患儿的皮肤紫癜、腹痛以及关节痛等症状的消失时间均短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者治疗后的免疫球蛋白G（Ig G）、微量白蛋白（Alb）、转铁蛋白（TRF）以及β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）等指标优于本组治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对过敏性紫癜患儿采取孟鲁司特钠治疗,疗效甚佳,可有效改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the montelukast effect in clinical use for treating allergic purpura in children in China. Methods June 2013 to February 2016 I institutes admitted 200 cases of allergic purpura in children as an object of observation, who were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and the control group were treated with routine therapy （anti-allergic, anti infection, symptomatic and supportive） treatment group on this basis, be patient montelukast therapy （2 to 6 years 4mg / night, from 6 to 14 years of age 5mg / night continued for 4 weeks）. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared, and the observation of the children before and after treatment of urinary protein changes in indicators. Result the treatment group （94.0 %） was higher （72.0 %）, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）; the treatment group of children with skin purpura, abdominal pain and joint pain and other symptoms disappeared were shorter than patients in the control group, the difference was significant, statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; IgG-treated patients after treatment, Alb, TRF and 132-MG and other indicators than the group before treatment and control group, the difference was significant statistically significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions of allergic purpura in children with montelukast therapy, very good effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and fewer adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
