基于情景分析的信息化物资管理

Information Management of Hospital Materials Based on the Scenario Analysis

由于目前医疗事业的发展与各种计算机信息技术的更新,现代医院已经进入一个高速信息化发展时代。医院的后勤物资管理作为医院信息化管理系统的一个重要部分,其好坏直接影响到医院的有效运作与发展。笔者就目前我国医院管理中存在的一些问题进行分析,对信息化在医院管理中的应用进行探讨,从而提高医院物资管理水平和管理效率,避免浪费与差错,降低医院运行成本,实现医院物资管理现代化。

With the development of health professions and updates of computer information technology, the modem hospitals have stepped into the highways of informatization. As an important component of hospital information management system, its logistics material management has a direct impact in the efficient operation and development of the hospitals. In this paper, some existing problems about our hospital management is investigated to understand the application effect of informatization in the hospital management, improve the management level and efficiency of the hospital material management, avoid the waste conditions and errors, reduce the operating cost and achieve the modern management of hospital materials.
