摘要
超声波细胞基因导入是近年来才开发出来的一种新的物理方法。不过目前超声装置没有统一的标准,传统转导法通常是宏观体积的,不能做到特定细胞或者单个细胞的定向转导。基于微机电系统(MEMS)工艺设计制作的器件将超声波与微流控技术结合,能克服上述缺点。此外还具有样本用量少,经济节约、操作简便等优点,是基因转导发展的一个趋势。
Gene delivery by ultrasound is a new physical method which has been developed in recent years. However, there is no special equipment used for gene transfection. Traditional gene transfection is usually conducted on micro environment and can been hardly done on either special cells or signal cell. The ultrasound device described here combining mierofluidic with ultrasonic transducer can well overcome these shortcomings. Besides, the device is source saving, economic and makes gene delivery simple.
