This paper introduces a device for detecting vitreous heating maneuver box. It can realize the function of self-detection and normal temperature character online/offline detection on the left and right glass of vitreous heating ma- neuver box. Then we expatiate its hardware configuration, the software sign method and key techniques. Practice indicates that it has highly measurement precision, and reliable working stability, which can satisfy the needs of actual work.
