我国学校体育法制建设中存在的问题研究

随着我国法制化建设的不断深化,要求在各个方面都要实现依法治国。目前,我国学校体育工作虽然取得了一定成绩,但是在具体的实践中依然存在较多的不足,如果不及时加以改善,就会影响学校体育工作发展。在分析了我国学校体育法制的定义以及建设现状的基础上,提出相应的改进建议,希望加快学校体育法制工作进程,促进学校体育工作的持续开展。

With the construction of China＇s legal system deepening, it is required to implement the rule of law in every aspect. At present, our school sports make some achievements, but more specific practice and many shortcomings still exist. If these problems not improved, it will affect the development of school sports. After analyzing the current situation of school sports legal definitions and construction on the basis put forward suggestions for improvelnent. It is hopeful to speed up the legal system work school sports, school sports to promote ongoing work.
