基于IGBT并联技术的复合母排设计与仿真

Design and Simulation of composite busbar based on IGBT parallel technology

摘要 通过分析四象限整流工况复合母排结构的不对称对并联IGBT工作的影响,提出一种改善主电路回路不均流的思路和方法,并通过试验验证了这种方法的可行性。 Through analyzing the effect of the asymmetry structure of the composite busbar on the parallel IGBT working under four quadrant rectifying conditions, a method of improving uneven current was put forward, and the feasibility of the method was verified through the test.
