益气活血方对大鼠慢性脊髓压迫后受损脊髓组织内SOD和MDA含量的影响

Effects of the PNQAB on the contents of SOD and MDA in damaged rats' spinal cord tissue of the chronic Spinal Oppression Model

摘要 目的观察不同浓度的益气活血方对大鼠慢性脊髓压迫后受损脊髓组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法 60只SD大鼠,随机选取10只作为假手术组。其余50只造模,术后1d根据脊髓功能评分将其分为:A组:造模后,以不同浓度的益气活血方进行灌胃;B组:造模后,以颈复康进行灌胃;C组:造模后,以生理盐水进行灌胃。连续灌胃4周后,采用ELISA方法测定大鼠受损节段中SOD和MDA含量。结果不同浓度的益气活血方及颈复康颗粒均能显著增加大鼠受损脊髓组织内SOD的含量(P<0.05);中药高浓度、中药中浓度以及颈复康颗粒均能显著降低MDA的含量(P<0.05);中药低浓度也能降低MDA含量,但与NS组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气活血方能有效提高受损脊髓组织细胞中氧自由基的清除率,促进脊髓功能的恢复。 Objective To observe the effects exerted on the contents of SOD and MDA in damaged rats' spinal cord tissue,exposed to Jinfukang and different concentrations of the PNQAB(the prescription for nourishing qi and activating blood),were surveyed and discussed in the chronic spinal oppression model.Methods 10SD-Rats were used as the sham-operated group in this experiment selected randomly from the sixty subjects,fed with the normal saline within explosion of the vertebral lamina and free from oppression of the spinal cord.The remaining were applied to establish the rat's spinal oppression model by grafting the self 7th cervical vertebrae spinous process at the part of C4-5or C5-6intervertebral space,then divided into three groups based on the assessment results of the spinal cord function at the 1st day postoperatively,feeding with the PNQAB under different concentrations(Group A),Jinfukang(Group B)and Normal saline(Group C),respectively.After were treated 4weeks,all the rats were narcotized to get the specific spinal cord for the determinations of SOD and MDA.Results The results were shown that the PNQAB regardless of the concentration difference and Jingfukang particles can both increase the content of SOD in rats' damaged spinal cord tissues significantly(P〈0.05),while the PNQAB under high/medium concentrations and Jingfukang particles can also notably decrease MDA content,but not for the PNQAB in low concentration.Conclusion The PNQAB can effectively enhances the scavenging rate of the reactive oxygen radicals in tissues of the damaged spinal cord,and promotes the recovery of the spinal cord function.
