血压变异性与冠状动脉病变程度相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血压变异性(BPV)与冠心病(CHD)患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选择315例拟诊冠心病行冠状动脉造影(CAG)的高血压患者为纳入对象,分为非冠心病组和冠心病组,对入选患者进行24h动态血压监测(24hABPV)和CAG,并分析两组血压变异性与冠状动脉病变程度和冠状动脉SSS评分的相关性。结果冠心病组24h收缩压标准差(24hSSD)、24h舒张压标准差(24hDSD)、夜间收缩压标准差(nSSD)、夜间舒张压标准差(nDSD)均明显高于非冠心病组,且各BPV随冠状动脉狭窄支数的增加而增加。冠心病组SSS积分高于非冠心病组,冠状动脉病变越重,其SSS评分越高。结论血压变异性与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,是CHD的一项重要预测指标。
