腓骨长肌腱转移术治疗陈旧性胫前肌腱断裂

Clinical application of long peroneal muscles tendon transposition in reapir of chronic anterior tibial muscles tendon rupture

目的：探讨腓骨长肌腱转移术修复陈旧性胫前肌腱断裂的临床疗效。方法2009年5月-2014年3月，对11例陈旧性胫前肌腱断裂患者的腓骨长肌腱在远端处切断，经皮下隧道移位与胫前肌腱远断端缝合。结果根据Ninkovic和Hall等的判断标准均获得满意疗效，本组优8例，良3例。结论采用腓骨长肌腱转移术修复陈旧性胫前肌腱断裂是一种疗效满意的手术方法。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of long peroneal muscles tendon transposition in reapair of chronic anterior tibial muscles tendon rupture. Methods From May 2009 to March 2014, 11 cases with chronic anterior tibial muscles tendon rupture patients, were cut off long peroneal muscles tendon at the distal end, and sew up with distal rupture of anterior tibial muscles tendon, through subcutaneous tunnel displacement. Results According to criteria of Ninkovic, M and Hall, G, etc, the cases had got satisfactory efficacy. Excellent in 8 cases and good in 3 cases. Conclusion Long peroneal muscles tendon transposition is a kind of operation with satisfactory efficacy for chronic anterior tibial muscles tendon rupture.
