扶正化瘀胶囊对丙型肝炎失代偿期肝硬化患者免疫调节以及抗纤维化作用研究

The effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on immune regulation and anti-fibrosis in hepatitis C virus infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis

[目的]观察扶正化瘀胶囊对丙型肝炎失代偿期肝硬化患者免疫调节以及抗纤维化作用。[方法]收集2013年8月~2015年8月我院消化内科收治的丙型肝炎失代偿期肝硬化患者84例,使用数字法随机分为常规治疗对照组和扶正化瘀胶囊治疗组,每组42例。比较2组治疗前后IL-17、IL-23、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ和Child-Pugh评分的变化。[结果]治疗前2组IL-17、IL-23、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ和Child-Pugh评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后2组上述指标均出现显著减低（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）,但观察组对IL-17（18.42±4.13ng/ml25.73±5.16ng/ml）、IL-23（13.28±3.76ng/ml21.53±5.21ng/ml）、HA（129.22±30.65ng/ml197.7±41.32ng/ml）、LN（102.47±14.82ng/ml138.92±21.63ng/ml）、PCⅢ（112.54±19.82ng/ml152.1±28.67ng/ml）、CⅣ（122.14±20.12ng/ml157.55±26.86ng/ml）和Child-Pugh（6.25±1.26ng/ml7.32±1.25ng/ml）评分的减低作用显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]扶正化瘀胶囊可以减低丙肝失代偿期肝硬化患者IL-23和IL-17因子表达,发挥抗纤维化作用,显著减低Child-Pugh评分,有利于丙肝失代偿期肝硬化患者肝功能的恢复。

[Objective]To detect the effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on immune regulation and anti-fibrosis in hepatitis C virus infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis.[Methods]A total of 84 HCV infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis were enrolled in this study.Which were devided into control（n=42）and Fuzheng Huayu capsule observation group（n=42）.The changes of IL-17,IL-23,HA,LN,PC Ⅲ,C Ⅳ and Child-Pugh scores was compared.[Results]Before treatment,IL-17,IL-23,HA,LN,PC Ⅲ,C Ⅳand Child-Pugh scores was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,which were all decreased in the two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.However,the improvement of IL-17（18.42±4.13ng/ml VS 25.73±5.16ng/ml）,IL-23（13.28±3.76ng/ml VS 21.53±5.21ng/ml）,HA（129.22±30.65ng/ml VS 197.7±41.32ng/ml）,LN（102.47±14.82ng/ml VS 138.92±21.63ng/ml）,PC Ⅲ（112.54±19.82ng/ml VS 152.1±28.67ng/ml）,C Ⅳ（122.14±20.12ng/ml VS 157.55±26.86ng/ml）,and Child-Pugh（6.25±1.26ng/ml VS 7.32±1.25ng/ml）in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Fuzheng Huayu capsule decreased the expression of IL-23 and IL-17 in HCV infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Which showed effective anti-fibrosis and reduced Child-Pugh scores,with conducive to the recovery of liver function.
