康复新液治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎80例

Rehabilitation new liquid for treatment of HP-associated chronic gastritis in 80 cases

[目的]观察康复新液联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的临床研究。[方法]将收集的160例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组80例,给予克拉霉素加阿莫西林及雷贝拉唑的三联疗法治疗;治疗组80例在对照组基础上加服康复新液,疗程均为4周。结束后,观察两组临床症状,复查胃镜并检测幽门螺杆菌。[结果]治疗组症状改善总有效率(92.5%)高于对照组(78.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复新治疗组幽门螺杆菌转阴率(91.25%)明显高于对照组(66.25%)(P<0.05);胃镜下胃黏膜改善疗效,治疗组优于对照组(χ2=9.489,P<0.05)。[结论]表明康复新液对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的疗效显著。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating HP-associated chronic gastritis by rehabilitation of new liquid plus triple therapy.[Methods]160patients with HP-associated chronic gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group were treated with clarithromycin,amoxicillin and arteriole;while the treatment group received rehabilitation of new liquid plus triple therapy.Four weeks as a course.After the treatment gastrocopy and HP were checked to observe clinical symptoms.[Results]The total symptomatic relief rate and eradication rate of HP in the treatment group were 92.5%,91.25%.Respective index in the control group were 78.75%,66.25%;and the recovery of gastric mucosa in treatment group was better than control group（χ~2=9.489,P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups.[Conclusion]Investigation hint rehabilitation of new liquid has fine therapeutic effect in term of HP-related chronic gastritis.
