微生态制剂辅助治疗对小儿轮状病毒肠炎病程及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究微生态制剂辅助治疗对小儿轮状病毒肠炎病程及肠道菌群的影响。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月收治的80例轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组行微生态制剂辅助常规治疗,对照组单纯性常规治疗,观察两组治疗后对患儿病程和肠道菌群的影响。结果观察组总有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐停止时间、退热时间、止泻及住院时间分别为(2.45±0.56)d、(26.31±2.25)h、(4.63±0.71)d、及(5.84±0.38)d,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌肠道菌群水平显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂辅助治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿疗效显著,有利于改善肠道正常菌群,显著缩短康复和住院时间,缩短病程。 Objective To explore effects of microbial ecological agents in adjuvant therapy of infantile rotavirus enteritis on the course of disease and intestinal flora. Methods 80 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study subjects, they were divided into two groups randomly (each 40 cases). The observation group was treated with micro ecological agents assisted by routine treatment, the control group was treated with simple routine treatment, effects of treatment on the course of disease and intestinal flora were observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than the control group (80%) (P〈0.05). Vomiting stop time, defervescence time, antidiarrheal time, hospitalization time of the observation group were (2.45±0.56)d, (26.31±2.25)h, (4.63±0.71) d, (5.84±0.38)d respectively, which were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Bifidobacterium, lactobacillus intestinal flora level of the observation group after the treatment were significantly higher than that before the treatment and the control group after the treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of microbial ecological agents in adjuvant therapy of infantile rotavirus enteritis is significant, it is beneficial to improve normal intestinal microflora, shorten the recovery and hospitalization time significantly, shorten the course of disease.
