不同饲料添加剂对羊草体外瘤胃发酵及甲烷排放量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用3头装有永久瘘管的草原红牛进行体外试验,探究不同种添加剂对羊草在瘤胃液中发酵及甲烷产量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,硝酸钠、莫能菌素和牛至油组的甲烷产量显著降低(P<0.05),分别下降36.3%、20.1%和36.5%,其中牛至油组的挥发性脂肪酸浓度也显著降低(P<0.05);半胱胺、酵母和活性炭组甲烷产量变化不明显,绿茶提取物、葡萄籽提取物和苹果酸组中的甲烷产量变化也不显著,但有下降趋势。以羊草为底物时,硝酸钠和莫能菌素是较为实用的甲烷抑制剂。 The effect of different kinds of additives on fermentation Leymuschinensisand methane production in vitro were studied using 3local cattles with permanent fistula.The results showed that compared with control group,nitrate,monensin and oregano oil group significantly reduced by 36.3%,20.1% and 36.5%respectively(P0.05),methane production of oregano oil group of volatile fatty acid(VFA)concentration decreased significantly(P0.05);Methane production in cysteamine,yeast and biochar group had no significant change.Thus,Leymus chinensis as the substrate,different methane inhibitors had different effects on methane production,although oregano oil effectively restrained the methane production,but it had a negative influence on rumen fermentation.Nitrate and monensin were relatively ideal methane inhibitors.
