摘要
目的:探讨维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液对干眼症患者泪液中IL-1β及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2013年11月-2015年11月于我院治疗的干眼症患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后泪液中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)及角膜荧光素染色(FL)结果,以及临床总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后泪液中IL-1β及TNF-α水平均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后泪液中IL-1β及TNF-α水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后BUT及SIT评分均升高,而FL评分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后BUT及SIT评分较高,而FL评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼症积极有效,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of vitamin A palmitate eye ophthalmic gel combined with polyethylene eye drops on the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in patients with dry eyes. Methods: 60 patients with dry eyes who were treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with polyethylene eye drops, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with vitamin A palmitate eye ophthalmic gel besides the control group. Then the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α, the recorded tear film rupture time (BUT), the tear secretion test (SIT) and corneal fluorescein staining results (FL) and the total clinical effective rate were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the two groups after the treatment were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); Compared with control group, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); Compared with before treatment, the BUT and SIT scores increased, and the FL score decreased in the two groups after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); Compared with control group, the BUT and SIT scores were higher, and the FL score was lower in the experimental group after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Vitamin A palmitate eye ophthalmic gel combine with polyethylene eye drops has a positive effect on the treatment of dry eyes, which is worth of clinical promotion.
