氯霉素(Chloramphenicol,CAP)是一种广谱抗生素。具有良好的抗菌效果且价格低廉,广泛应用于家禽的各种传染性疾病的治疗。但是氯霉素对造血系统有严重不良反应,主要是抑制骨髓造血机能。因此,找到一种快速、简便而又准确的检测方法成为了业界十分关注的课题。传统上常用HPLC与TLC来作为抗生素检测的方法,但效率低、灵敏度也达不到要求。酶联免疫吸附法经笔者实践证明,操作简便、试验过程短、检测样品多,特异性高,且检测灵敏度最低可达0.01μg/L。

Chloramphenicol （CAP） is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. Has a good antibacterial effect and low price, is widely used in poultry of various infectious diseases. However, chloramphenicol on hematopoietic system has serious adverse reactions, mainly to inhibit bone marrow hematopoietic function. Therefore, finding a fast, simple and accurate detection method has become a topic of great concern in food analysis field in recent years. Traditionally, HPLC and TLC have been used as the method of antibiotic detection, but the efficiency is low and the sensitivity is not up to the requirement. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay proved by the author, easy to operate, the test process is short, multi-sample detection, high specificity, and the detection sensitivity of up to 0.01 μg / L.
