移动背景下医疗健康可穿戴设备的数据生命周期

The Data Lifecyde of Wearable Medical and Health Devices in the Mobile Context

简要介绍国内外医疗健康可穿戴设备数据生命周期研究现状并对代表案例加以分析。从数据采集、数据传输、互操作、数据集成和数据管理5个方面对医疗健康可穿戴设备数据的流通路径进行分析,结合代表案例G5移动健康血糖监测系统加以验证,发现医疗健康可穿戴设备数据流通过程中存在数据复用与交换、数据隐私安全与保护等问题。

The paper briefly describes the research status of the data lifecycle of wearable medical and health devices and analyzes a representative case.In addition,the data flow path has been analyzed from five aspects;data collection,data transmission,interoperability,data integration,data management and verified combined with the representative case- G5 Mobile Continuous Glucose Monitoring System.Finally,it is found that the problem of data multiplexing and exchange,data privacy security and protection in the process of the data flow of wearable medical and health devices.
