肿瘤专科护士核心能力评价量表的条目分析及信效度评价

Items analysis and reliability and validity evaluation on core competence evaluation scale of oncology nurse specialist

目的：对肿瘤专科护士核心能力评价量表进行条目分析及信、效度评价。方法在离散趋势法、变异系数法、决断值法、因子分析法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫系数法修正条目的总相关系数法进行条目筛选的基础上,运用克伦巴赫系数法进行信度评价,运用验证性因子法进行结构效度评价、运用相关系数法对效标关联效度进行评价。结果运用6种统计学方法进行条目筛选,删除原条目12,之后进行信、效度评价,其总的克伦巴赫系数为0.976,拟合指数指标及相关性指数均在合理范围内。结论肿瘤专科护士核心能力评价量表具有较好的信度和效度,适用于对肿瘤专科护士核心能力进行测评。

Objective To analyze the items of core competence evaluation scale of oncology nurse specialist and examine the validity and reliability of the scale. Methods Based on the variation coefficient method, decision value method, factor analysis method, correlation coefficient method and Krone Bach coefficient method, modified item were adopted to confirm the selection of the items. Krone Bach coefficient method was adopted to evaluate the reliability. Exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity. The correlation coefficient method was em-ployed to evaluate criterion-related validity. Results 6 methods were used to screen the entries. After deleted No. 12 i-tem, the validity and reliability were evaluated. The total Krone Bach coefficient was 0. 976. The correlation index and fitted index reached a very reasonable degree. Conclusions The scale of the core competence of cancer professional nurse has a good validity and reliability, which is available for the evaluation of the core competence of cancer profes-sional nurse.
