高仿真模拟系统运用于护理学基础实验教学的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨将高仿真模拟系统应用于护理学基础实验教学的效果。方法随机抽取本校护理学院2013级82名护理本科生作为研究对象,按照随机数字法平分为观察组、对照组各41名。观察组应用高仿真模拟系统进行教学,对照组应用传统教学方式进行教学,以护生期末操作考试和理论考试成绩以及通过问卷调查课堂教学效果进行综合分析。结果观察组护生的考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在学习兴趣、沟通能力、临床思维能力、评判思维能力、服务态度、角色转变和团队合作方面观察组的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论将高仿真模拟系统应用于护理学基础实验教学,可使护生的技能操作水平和专业综合能力得到有效提高。 Objective To discuss the effect of high-fidelity simulation system applied to the experimental teach-ing of Basic Nursing. Methods A total of 82 nursing undergraduates of Grade 2013 of nursing college in our university were randomly selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group with 41 students in each group by means of random numbers. The high-fidelity simulation system was applied to the teaching of the observa-tion group, while the traditional teaching method was applied to the teaching of the control group. A comprehensive anal-ysis was made on the basis of the studentsˊscores of operation test and theory test at the end of the semester and the class teaching effect as indicated by questionnaire survey. Results The test scores of the students in observation group were ob-viously higher than that of the students in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The scores of learning interest, communication skills, clinical thinking ability, critical thinking ability, service attitude, role change and teamwork of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant (P〈0. 05) . Conclusions Applying high-fidelity simulation system to the experimental teaching of Bas-ic Nursing can effectively improve studentsˊoperation skills and professional comprehensive abilities.
