智能涡街流量计的客户化标校

摘要 涡街流量计已经广泛用于钢铁、化工、冶金、食品、医药、市政等行业的气体、液体及蒸汽的测量。因其优异性能,涡街流量计正快速取代传统的差压式测量仪表,成为设计及使用单位的首选。涡街流量计在企业内部、企业与企业间能源计量中应用已经十分普遍。作为能量计量仪表,为准确计量企业部门间能量的使用,精确核算企业间能量的交易,投入使用前及使用2年后必须经过计量机构检测,取得检测合格证后才能使用[1]。因为目前国内涡街流量计生产厂家很多,不同厂家的产品在传感器类型、标校方法等方面有很多不同,所以产品不可避免地与计量机构检定结果、用户现场标准表读数存在偏差。如何通过仪表的现场线性修正,实现仪表检定结果符合计量机构检测要求或与用户标准表相符,需要有效办法解决。这里通过对涡街流量计原理及标校方法介绍,影响涡街流量计精度原因分析,介绍一种实用的线性修正方法。运用这一计算公式及修正方法,无论传感器类型如何,通过涡街流量计转换器软件设计,可实现客户化调校。 Vortex flowmeter has been widely used in measuring gas, liquid and steam in the field of iron, chemical, metallurgy, food, pharmaceutical, municipal administration and other industries. Because of its excellent performance, vortex flowmeter is rapidly taking the place of the traditional type of differential pressure measuring instrument, being the first choice of the designing company and user. Vortex flowmeter has been widely used in energy metering in the internal of enterprise and between enterprises. As the energy meters, in order to accurately measure the use of the energy between the department of the enterprises, accurately calculate the energy trading between enterprises, it must be inspected by measuring mechanism and get test certificates before using and using two years later. There are many manufacturers of producing vortex flowmeter now in domestic. There are a lot of differences of the type of sensor and the methods of calibration between the different manufacturers, so it inevitably exists deviations in the aspect of test results from the measurement institutions and reading the standard instrument at the user's site. We must find a solution to resolve how to using the linear amendment of the instrument at site to achieve the test results of instrument are conform to the testing requirements from the measuring mechanism or user' s the standard instrument. Here I will introduce a practical method of linear correction through the introduction of the principle and calibration method of vortex flowmeter, and the analysis of the reason of influence of vortex flowmeter' s accuracy. Using the formula to calculate and the method of correcting, no matter what type of sensor, customized calibration can be realized through the design of software of the converter of vortex flowmeter.
