摘要
西气东输二线天然气分输站通过PID调节阀向下游用户进行分输控制,本文结合生产过程中天然气分输出现的问题进行分析探讨,提出PID逻辑优化、流量超速失速保护、压力反馈参数筛选等优化建议。
The natural gas distribution stations of the second West-East transport the natural gas to downstream users through the PID control valve.Combined natural gas distribution problems were analyzed and discussed, proposed PID logic optimization, flowmeter overspeed / stall protection, pressure feedback filter parameter optimization recommendations.
