摘要
本文介绍了一种高空间利用率重列组合式智能停车设备的控制系统。这种以PLC为核心的控制系统是由前、后排2种不同结构组合而成的停车设备,通过智能算法和并行操作,将PLC控制与变频控制结合在一起,利用在第一停车设备中横向移动横移载车板得到的无车空位形成升降空间,作为入车、出车通道,完成车辆的快速存取。该停车设备控制系统已在天津市多个单位大批量建造的立体车库中应用。在它的智能控制下,新设备比传统设备增加了存车位,并节省了33%以上的土地和空间资源,大大提高了土地和空间利用率。
This paper relates to control system of compound intelligent parking rate with high space utilization. With core control system of PLC, the system consists of front and rear parking equipment. Through intelligent algorithm and parallel operation, the system combine PLC control and variable frequency control together. Using the vacancy which made by the front equipment as entry and exit passage, it completes vehicle parking. The parking equipment control system has applied to construction of large number of stereoscopic garage in Tianjin. With intelligent control, new equipment increases more parking area than traditional equipment and saves mere than 33% land and space resource, raises land and space utilization rate.
