摘要
磁浮子液位计是根据浮力和磁性耦合原理设计的一种现场显示仪表。目前国内外普遍使用的磁浮子液位计,其下端浮子腔为一盲肠结构。设备盲肠在石油石化系统是一大安全隐患,介质腐蚀物的积聚对该处焊缝产生应力,腐蚀开裂;介质中的水分在该处沉降,冬季有产生冻凝的风险,这些隐患时刻威胁着企业的安全。本文提出了一种新型结构设计方法,它采用了独特的无盲肠结构设计,可以最大限度地减少浮球室内积水,以防止浮球被浮球室内的积水冻住,具有结构简捷、使用安全可靠的优点。彻底克服了老式磁浮子液位计的一些缺点,特别适用于炼油、化工厂球罐装置上的液位测量。

With a simple structure, it will be more reliable and stable. Completely overcomes the shortcomings of the old magnetic float level gauge. Anti-blind spot structure is especially suitable for oil refining and chemical plant tank device.
