目的:探讨针灸治疗老年性失眠取穴特点;方法:通过成都中医药大学图书馆对中国知网(CNKI)中文数据库中近15年针灸治疗老年性失眠的临床文献进行收集整理,具有治疗效果的针灸处方,利用Excele表通过频率、频次对其进行用取穴特点、证型取穴及手法补泻分析。结果:1本研究统计34篇针灸治疗老年性失眠的临床文献,共62个处方、67个穴位、465频次,其中神门、三阴交、内关、安眠、百会、四神聪使用频率较高;2对13篇文献中常见不同证型腧穴统计,其中背腧穴、原穴等特定穴位使用频率较高;3对17篇常见临床证型的补泻手法的文献统计,52个处方中20个处方未见明确补泻手法,同时36个处方为心脾两虚证、心肾不交证、肝火旺盛证处方。结论:1针刺治疗老年性失眠多采用安神的穴位;2临床中老年人多脏腑功能减退,但老年性失眠虚实均有,以虚证为多;结合老年体质特点,辩证取穴中对背俞穴、原穴的应用较多。

Conclusion： （1） Needle acupuncture for the treatment of senile insomnia with nerves;（2） In the clinical multiple viscera function in the elderly, but nakedness senile insomnia have, by deficiency syndrome is. In combining with the characteristics of elderly health and dialectical find back acupuncture point, the application of acupuncture point more.
