无创正压通气联合穴位中频电刺激治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察无创正压通气联合穴位中频电刺激治疗COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者76例,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例,对照组给给予吸氧、抗感染、化痰平喘、补液等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予Bi PAP联合穴位中频电刺激治疗,比较2组治疗前后动脉血气情况以及肺功能、气管插管率及平均住院时间等。结果:治疗后,观察组动脉血气分析及肺功能均得到改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组气管插管率及平均住院时间较对照组明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并II呼吸衰竭的患者,在常规治疗的基础上实行无创正压通气联合穴位中频电刺激治疗,取得显著的疗效,有效的减少气管插管率,且明显缩短平均住院时间,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective: To estimate the clinical efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with acupoint medium frequency electrical stimulationin treating COPD with Type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: 76 COPD with Type Ⅱrespiratory failure patients were randomized into tow groups, the control group with conventional treatment(such as oxygen uptake, anti-infection, resolving sputum and relieving asthma, fluid infusion) and the observation group with combination therapy of BiPAP and acupoint medium frequency electrical stimulation, compare the changes of ABG, lung function, the rate of endotracheal intubation and the average hospitalization time. Results: The improvement of ABG and lung function in the observation group were superior to that in the control group(P〈0.05), the endotracheal intubation rate and the average hospitalization time of the observation group decreased significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with acupoint medium frequency electrical stimulationin treating COPD with Type II respiratory failure patients achieved remarkable effect, reduced the rate of endotracheal intubation effectively and shortened the average hospitalization time obviously.
