护理干预对强化胰岛素治疗初诊T2-DM患者低血糖的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Hypoglycemia of T2-DM Patients Treated by Intensive Insulin Therapy

目的:探讨护理干预对强化胰岛素治疗初诊T2-DM患者低血糖的影响。方法:选取98例T2-DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施包含健康知识宣教、运动指导、规范操作、血糖监测等在内的护理干预。治疗3个月后,比较2组患者对低血糖防治知识的掌握及低血糖发生率情况。结果:对照组低血糖发生率为22.45%,观察组为8.16%,差异具有统计学意义;观察组对低血糖防治知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;护理前,2组患者在FBG、2h PG、Hb Alc方面比较无明显差异;护理后,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:护理干预对强化胰岛素治疗初诊T2-DM患者可有效降低低血糖的发生率,提高患者及家属对低血糖知识的掌握程度。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on T2-DM hypoglycemia patients in the intensive insulin therapy. Methods： 98 cases of T2-DM patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each.Control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given the additional treatment such as exercise instruction,standardized operation,blood glucose monitoring and nursing intervention. Their knowledge of prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia and the incidence of hypoglycemia was compared. Results： The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was 22.45% and the observation group was 8.16%, the difference was statistically significant; observation group of hypoglycemia prevention knowledge to grasp the situation was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; former nurse, 2 patients in FBG, 2hPG has no significant difference in terms of HbAlc after treatment has a statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Nursing intervention on intensive insulin therapy in patients with newly diagnosed T2-DM can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, patients and their families to improve the mastery of hypoglycemia knowledge.
