摘要
针对供应商评价问题,提出基于二元语义的多属性群决策方法。依据二元语义及其集结算子,对多个供应商的评价指标评价,并集结出群评价矩阵;结合二元语义比较和运算规则确定出优势矩阵和修正劣势矩阵;求得优势判定矩阵;得到各供应商的净优势值并排序择优。最后通过实例分析,表明该方法具有实用性。
In view of supplier evaluation, a toothed based on multi - attribute group decision making is presented. According to two - tuple linguistic and aggregation operator, evaluating indicator of multiple suppliers, then evaluation matrix of group is be aggregated. Combining with two - tuple linguistic comparison and operation rules, we can get dominance matrix and modified inferior matrix, dominant decision matrix can be got, we can sort and choose suppliers by net advantage value. Last, it can be shown that this method is practical by a practical example.
