激光应用于牙釉质蚀刻的研究进展

摘要 本文针对激光应用于牙釉质蚀刻与再蚀刻的研究进展进行了系统地综述.研究包括激光蚀刻和再蚀刻牙釉质的表面微结构,托槽的抗剪切强度,以及牙釉质表面的抗龋性等方面.目前针对激光蚀刻是否可替代磷酸酸蚀不同学者持有不同意见.关于激光是否更适用于牙釉质的再蚀刻过程和其抗龋性研究较少,仍需进一步研究. This articlesystematically reviewed the progress of laser application on enamel etching and re-etching.Studies include the enamel surface microstructure after laser etching and reetching,shear strength of brackets and caries resistance of enamel surfaces and so on.Currently,whether laser etching can substitute phosphoric acid etching is still controversial.Few researches on whether laser is more suitable for enamel re-etching process and its resistance to dental caries could be found.Further studies are needed.
