摘要
目的分析宝鸡市肾综合征出血热病例血清IgM抗体检测结果和汉坦病毒基因检测结果,为该病的诊断和防控提供科学依据。方法收集临床疑似肾综合征出血热病例发病初期血清,采用胶体金法和酶联免疫法检测IgM抗体,应用荧光RT-PCR法进行汉坦病毒基因检测,统计流行病学资料,分析检测结果。结果 228份标本IgM抗体检测胶体金法阳性率为9.6%,酶免法阳性率为7.9%;男性多于女性;以农民为主。应用荧光RT-PCR法对病毒基因进行检测,检测阳性12份,均为汉滩型(HTNV)。结论采用胶体金法、酶联免疫法对病例血清标本进行了肾综合征出血热IgM抗体检测,应用荧光RT-PCR技术对病毒基因进行了分型,结果显示本地区属汉滩型(HTNV)出血热流行疫区。
Objective To analyze the hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome( HFRS) IgM antibody test results and genotyping results,and to provide scientific basis for diagnosis as well as prevention and control of the disease. Methods The early onset sera IgM of 228 patients with clinical suspected HFRS was collected; IgM antibodies were detected using colloidal gold assay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay; and genotypes were typed with the application of fluorescence RT- PCR method. Epidemiology data statistics were collected,and the test results were analyzed. Results In the 228 specimens,the positive rate of IgM antibodies test by colloidal gold immunoassay is 9. 6%,and the positive rate by ELISA is 7. 9%,with the rate of men higher than women and farmers as the main body. 12 positive cases are detected with fluorescence RT- PCR method for genotypes,and all are Hantaan( HTNV). Conclusion Adopting colloidal gold method and euzymelinked immunosorbent assay in the detection of patient serum specimen,IgM antibody of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in the patients of renal syndrome is detected. Then application of fluorescent RT- PCR technology types the genotypes. The Results show the local region is Hantaan( HTNV) epidemic hemorrhagic fever region.
