楚雄州一犬伤多人事件监测系统分析 被引量:6

Analysis of a surveillance system based on aggressive dog- attack incidents in chuxiong prefecture

摘要 目的探索楚雄州狂犬病防控模式,分析一犬伤多人事件监测系统的敏感性,探讨狂犬病防控措施和应对策略。方法建立楚雄州一犬伤多人事件监测网络和调查处置机制,收集监测资料并采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果楚雄州2011-2014年共监测报告156起一犬伤多人事件,累计犬伤暴露549人;采集74起肇事犬脑组织标本,经检测狂犬病病毒阳性率为89.19%;经暴露后处置,所有暴露人员随访至今无狂犬病病例发生;一犬伤多人事件监测系统敏感性较高,监测能力优于人间病例监测系统。结论楚雄州犬间狂犬病疫情活跃,一犬伤多人事件监测系统可行,可有效防控人间病例的发生,建议作为狂犬病防控的重要措施进行推广。 Objective To analyze sensibility of aggressive dog- attack incidents surveillance system,and to provide evidences for the prevention and control of rabies. Methods To establish surveillance network and set up an investigating and disposal mechanism. Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of aggressive dog- attack incidents in Chuxiong Prefecture. Results From 2011 to 2014,the reported 156 cases of aggressive dog- attack Incidents in surveillance system network involved 549 exposed people. A total of 74 dog brain tissues were collected for laboratory diagnosis and the positive rate is 89. 19%.The 549 exposed persons have no rabies cases occurred by followed. The sensibility of aggressive dog- attack incidents surveillance system is superior to the surveillance system based on clinically diagnosed human cases. Conclusion Canine rabies remained to be active in Chuxiong Prefecture. The surveillance system based on aggressive dog- attack incidents is feasible and cost- efficient and effective for prevention rabies. It is proposed popularize and apply such prevention and control measure of rabies.
