摘要 随着生活水平的提高,人们对牛奶安全和品质的要求逐步提高,养殖生产中的奶牛福利问题也越来越受到关注。奶牛饲养环节中福利的好坏直接影响牛奶的质量和安全,并关系到广大消费者的切身利益。本文结合OIE于2008年提出的动物福利五项基本原则,重点阐述了奶牛生产中的福利问题及其对奶牛生产性能的影响。 With the improvement of living standards, the requirements to the safety and quality of milk gradually increased, and the welfare of dairy cattle gain has been more and more noticed by people. The quality and safety of milk is directly affected to the welfare of dairy cows, and is related to the interests of the increasing number of consumers. This paper combined the five basic principles with animal welfare in 2008, it focused on the welfare of dairy cows in the production.
