基于SEM范式的理工类学生创业心理品质探索研究

A Study on Students' Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality in Polytechnics Based on Structural Equation Model

时代发展呼唤大学生创业。大学生创业心理品质的客观状态受多种因素影响,是大学生能否成功创业的重要因素之一。探索大学生创业心理品质客观状态各影响因素的逻辑关联是培育大学生创业心理品质的关键所在。针对理工类院校1 080位大学生创业心理品质样本数据,运用STATA12.0统计分析工具及结构方程模型(SEM)方法,研究创业意识、创业意志、创业能力、创业个性四个自变量与理工类学生创业心理品质这个因变量间的关系,并以此为基础尝试构建理工类学生创业心理品质结构模型,为学生创业心理品质培养提出应对策略。

The new era calls for college students＇ entrepreneurship. The objective condition of college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality is one of the key factors deciding college students＇ success of entrepreneurship and the objective condition of college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality is affected by various factors. Therefore, exploring the logic relation of each affecting factor is the key to cultivate college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality. Sample data about the entrepreneurial psychological quality of 1,080 students from polytechnics collected, we analyze the relationship between the pioneering consciousness, entrepreneurial volition, entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial psychological quality by using STATA12.0 statistical analysis tool and structural equation model （SEM） method. Furthermore, we build struc- tural model of the entrepreneurial psychological quality of polytechnic students, and put forward some strategies to cultivate students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality.
